my video explaining what I do to lose weight. Basically I’ve kept a similar routine for years now what I need to lose a few pounds. I do this routine every day. I’m currently at 124lb’s trying to lose 10lb’s *Don’t eat after 7PM (or 3 hours before going to sleep) *Eat a big breakfast *Drink lots of water *Run for 20 minutes *200 Crunches a night done in sets of 50 *80 push ups a night done in sets of 20
